Hannah Skoff, Psy.D. is a postdoctoral fellow at The Reeds Center. She has extensive experience providing evidence-based therapy to adolescents and adults, treating anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and insomnia. Hannah utilizes a culturally informed, identity-affirming approach in evidence-based treatments, including CBT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
Hannah received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College and completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Counseling Services. She has trained in a variety of clinical settings treating individuals across the lifespan, with the majority of her experience rooted in university counseling centers. Through this work, she has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care and a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing young adults.
