Honor Kalkin, LMSW is a masters-level clinician at The Reeds Center. She has experience in both private practice and school settings where she has worked with adults, adolescents and children, including survivors of trauma and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. Honor has experience using evidence-based treatments to help clients with anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. This treatment experience includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and other mindfulness-based interventions (ACT).
Honor earned her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, where she specialized in advanced clinical practice with a concentration in health, mental health, and disabilities. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University. Honor fosters a client-centered approach that is flexible, integrative, and emphasizes self-compassion.
