Joshua has received extensive training and experience delivering empirically supported, cognitive-behavioral treatment, including exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal therapy, trauma-informed treatment such as STAIR-NST, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help adults and older adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and OCD-related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and impulse control disorders, including trichotillomania (hair pulling), excoriation (skin picking), and onychophagia (nail-biting).
